With almost 30 years of cooking experience. including a number of luxe sushi restaurants in NYC, Jonny brings us his unique techniques, and masterful skill level. 

Growing up surrounded by water and seafood as a main source of protein, Johnny has an undeniable desire and commitment to use only the freshest ingredients. For Johnny every plate is a canvas waiting to be expressed, filled and tasted. You can always find him at the sushi station putting the finishing touches to every dish soon to be served!
